Violation of applicable laws is not permitted. Violations of policy and law should be reported to abuse@calpoly.edu for action and/or referral to the appropriate authorities.

Examples of current laws that apply to the security and responsible use of Cal Poly data and information technology resources are referenced below. The list is not intended to be comprehensive and laws other than those listed may apply.
